Yeah, I said Ello! I’m Billie Jade, a Londoner who loves to write romances that are sometimes dark, and sometimes funny and light. It depends on my mood or the characters that are in my head.
I like to explore different themes and sub genres but I will always stick with my first love Romance and if I’m honest they all have humour – even the morally grey ones.
Of late you can find me tapping away at my laptop creating yet another sinfully hot tatted male lead – it’s a delightfully messy job but someone has to do it. At this point I’m collecting book boyfriends like it’s an olympic sport and even during the late hours I go for gold.
WHAT’S NEXT?
As I’ve mentioned above I love a little darkness with my heartwarming romance, let’s just say my current work in progress is the darkest romance I’ve attempted in my career so far. There’s death and depravity as far as the eye can see, but that doesn’t mean our drop dead gorgeous psycho can’t have golden retriever energy. Everyone loves a bad boy with a soft spot for a curvy protagonist ready and waiting to claim her villain era.
DEADLY NIGHTSHADE has been inspired by characters from Tim Burton’s classic ‘The nightmare before Christmas’ it is a 50k standalone read and the first in a planned four book series, each one highlights themes inspired from a different Tim Burton film.

WHAT’S COMING FOR THE TWISTED FATE SERIES?
Book three in the standalone series – yet to be named – is currently in the writing process and I’m hoping to have it released later on this year – little spoiler its a brothers best friend trope with just the right amount of angst, comedy and spice as its predecessors – there is also an interesting moment with a mirrored ceiling, a tattoo chair and some leg shaking adrenaline.
